We want to inform all concerned divers that as of April 2003 Red Palm or Pulang Buli is no
longer dive spot. The local goverment of Maricaban Island passed and was granted
a resolution stating that, Red Palm or Pulang Buli is now a fish sanctuary especially for fish
spawning eggs, for this reasons divers are now prohibited in that area.
